I was smoking heated tobacco sticks and vaping. I have been using lio for a few days now and have not vaped once. The plan is to start cutting down then eventually stop the heated tobacco sticks. As I have just started using lio I have not tried all the flavours in my pack but the one I have tried Minty Magic is so good. All I can say is so far so good.

La uso per riuscire un giorno a togliere completamente lo svapo con la sigaretta elettronica. Aiuta a sopperire la mancanza di nicotina e soprattutto la gestualità. Mi piacerebbe trovare dei gusti più naturali o simil tabaccosi (erbe officinali). Molto buono cinnamon e le 2 versioni menta. Chimicosa l'arancia. Un po' cara la spesa ma è un ottimo prodotto. Grazie

Después de 35 años fumando, decidí intentar dejar el tabaco y sinceramente no esperaba que algo tan sencillo pudiera ayudarme tanto. El Lio Olive me ha sorprendido muchísimo: el gesto de llevarlo a la boca y respirar a través de él me ayuda mucho a gestionar esos momentos en los que antes encendía un cigarrillo. Además, el diseño es precioso. La madera de olivo tiene un acabado muy bonito y se siente muy agradable al tacto, lo que hace que usarlo sea incluso un pequeño placer. Para mí está siendo una herramienta muy útil en este proceso de dejar de fumar. Lo recomiendo especialmente a quienes, como yo, llevamos muchos años con el hábito y necesitamos sustituir el gesto.

So I never thought I would leave a review on this actually working 3 weeks later, I did go into it a bit skeptical. But look at me almost 30 days in and I'm proud to say this is the first time since I started smoking that I've gone this long without a cigarette and honestly I don't think I will ever go back. This is literally a lifesaver and I'm very proud of myself and grateful to whoever came up with this. I cant believe it was this easy and now I sound like an infomercial. Lol. One breathe at a time.

I quit smoking 4 years ago but remained addicted to Nicorette inhaler with 15 mg nicotine. This is not sold in my country anymore so i looked for something else. I love my lio. It's tactile and great to have in the hand. I've used the mint so far and although nothing can replace smoking for me my lio is creating a new kind of healthy habit when I need it. I would recommend people to try this as its just air flavoured and if you suck hard enough you can get a bit of throat burn feeling 🤩

Na 48 jaar 20 sigaretten per dag gerookt te hebben in 1 keer gestopt met Lio. Het vervangt de gewoonte van de handeling. Cold Turkey rookt als een menthol sigaret. I used to love my vape; that was until the goop I was inhaling started to give me lung problems.
